I purchased the bundle but items are still locked.

Please open the App Settings (Terminal) and tap the "RESTORE PURCHASES" button at the bottom. This will re-sync your receipt with the App Store servers.

I cannot feel any vibrations/haptics.

Blindspot relies on the Taptic Engine. Please ensure "System Haptics" are enabled in your iPhone Settings:
Settings > Sounds & Haptics > System Haptics (ON).
